Coastal British Columbia Bears BCH4/BCF4 $6,500
Black bear populations are high in this outfitter's area with an excellent opportunity for hunters to harvest a true "once in a lifetime" trophy. Typical spring bears have excellent hides, average three hundred plus pounds and square 6 to 7 feet. Skull sizes average close to 19 inches and several animals each year go over the 20 inch mark. Glassing and stalking for short distances along beaches and grassy creek mouths during the afternoons is the most common method of hunting. A 60 foot yacht accommodates a maximum of four hunters per week and allows excellent mobility throughout the outfitting area.

British Columbia Caribou BCH7 $7,900
This is a small personalized guide/outfitting business located in northern British Columbia approximately 165 air miles north of Smithers, BC. This area is remote and pristine. Bordering Spatsizi Wilderness Park, this is home to abundant wildlife, with the eight huntable species being: moose, mountain caribou, grizzly bear, mountain goat, black bear, stone sheep, wolf and wolverine. They only entertain 12-14 clients per year so each client is given the personal attention they deserve. The main camp at Kluayaz Lake consists of permanent log and wooden cabins. This is the starting point at which most hunts are conducted. From there they have spike camps in various locations consisting of wall tents. On some goat hunts they use backpack style tents to access the higher and more remote areas. All of the hunts are backpack. They also use boats out of the main camp. They also have some small remote lakes that they conduct backpack hunts out of. All hunts are 10 days and can consist of single or multiple species.

King salmon, silver salmon, sockeye salmon, pinks and chum salmon all travel the highway at some time during the year. Peak time for sturgeon is the spring and the fall, but they can be caught all summer long as well. Steelhead fishing from December to May can produce wild fish up to 25 pounds. B.C. Mountain Goat BCH4/BCF4 $9,000
Altitude hunted would normally be three to five thousand feet above sea level. Access by backpacking through forested mountainsides to avalanche chutes. The goats thrive on the abundant feed, mild temperatures and excellent habitat insuring little predation by wolves, cougar and bear. The Billies are exceptionally large-bodied and horned with winter hair common into October and November. These Billies can grow horns to record book size at an early age with the abundant feed and mineral sources, temperate forest environment, and lack of hunting pressure or predation. A five year old Billy can score 50" B&C. with heavy bases and ten inch plus horns.
