Caribou Hunt Alaska
Here is an awesome hunt that if you have not experienced, now is the time. These unguided caribou hunts take place from the end of August thru September out of Kotzebue. Fly to Anchorage for an overnight, hop to Kotzebue the following morning and fly right out to your camp in the one of the most remote areas of the world – the Arctic Tundra. The migration is on by this time and velvet is off or coming off. The vast tundra is home to a large herd of caribou. Success runs fairly high annually on these hunt. You can expect five full hunting days, one day in and one day out for travel, all your camp gear (you only need personal items and a sleeping bag), cooking
utensils and food for the duration of your hunt.
Meat can be taken home with you as extra luggage or you can donate to the local area as well.
$3,950 Per person (+ tags&license)
